Southstar Claims Service, LLC offers complete claims consulting services to Metro Atlanta’s top insurance carriers and their adjusters. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through timely, detailed, and accurate inspections.
Whether an interior, exterior, or steep/high roof inspection is requested, Southstar Claims Service, LLC is committed to providing the adjuster with any and everything they may need so that the claim can be promptly settled.
Our inspectors are HAAG and Rope & Harness certified and will inspect any property regardless of height, pitch, or complexity. We also provide emergency services in catastrophe situations to mitigate further damage to the insured’s property.
SERVICES
Ladder Assists
(adjuster present)
We meet the field adjuster onsite at a date/time of their choosing. A detailed and accurate scope of the roof, photos, and a thorough explanation of the findings is provided.
Direct Inspections
(no adjuster present)
We schedule the inspection at a mutually agreed upon time with the insured and/or their contractor. A full inspection report including a detailed sketch, photos, and an inspection summary is provided to the adjuster within 24 hours.
Emergency Services
We provide emergency tarping and board up services in catastrophic situations in order to mitigate further damages to the insured property.
